Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Many of our products are made to order, including size-specific fabrication tools, and require additional preparation time to ensure quality.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped are as follows:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Ry-Spec Fabrication ships throughout Canada using reliable shipping carriers. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier service interruptions or remote locations.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Ry-Spec Fabrication is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping carriers.


Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Ry-Spec Fabrication is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
